Vikki LaMotta (January 23, 1930 – January 25, 2005) was born as Beverly Thailer in The Bronx, New York. Vicky LaMota was the wife of boxer Jake LaMotta.

No plastic surgeon has ever touched her face - she's never had a face lift! Playboy model at age 50 – she hasn't aged in 20 years!

She was portrayed by actress Cathy Moriarty in the Academy Awardwinning 1980 film Raging Bulll. She posed nude for Playboy magazine in November 1981, aged 51. The success from that allowed her to launch Vikki LaMotta Cosmetics, which enabled her to remain financially stable until her death in January of 2005.
She died following open-heart surgery in boca Raton, Florida on January 25. 2005, two days after her 75th birthday.
Her book, Knockout! : the sexy, violent, extraordinary life of Vikki Lamotta , was published posthumously. In 1987 she had collaborated with internationally acclaimed author Thomas Hauser to write the story of her extraordinary life. When discussing Playboy, LaMotta stated that, “writing this book makes me feel far more exposed than being photographed naked.” Considering the book’s vulnerable charm, it is no surprise that she did not want to publish it while she was living. In the end, the delay in its release may prove to be a blessing to her memory. If it had been published in the late 1980s, it would have likely been perceived as nothing more than a capitalization on the success of Raging Bull. But now, LaMotta’s life story will receive the attention and appreciation that it deserves.
"Vikki LaMotta was a good person," writes Hauser. "That's as simply and honestly as I can put it. She battled her demons and won. This is her story."

Skin wrinkles typically appear as a result of aging processes such as glycation or, temporarily, as the result of prolonged (more than a few minutes) immersion in water. Wrinkling in skin is caused by habitual facial expressions, aging, sun damage, smoking, poor hydration, and various other factors.
